Growing a music community and workspace on the canal in Haggerston
Brief
The Halley is a workspace, coworking recording studio and music community on the canal in Haggerston. Having enjoyed being the home of record labels, producers, festivals, music media and creatives, it needed some support to build its new member funnel which was tapering off. The company engaged us to help it reach new audiences, build membership numbers and refine its communications.

Strategy  
Working closely with the founders, we reworked the website messaging and membership structures to make it more attractive for new audiences and current members. Our content strategy focused on paid media targeting the local area to attract new members. We created a series of UGC-style adverts which showed how the space is used and showcased the members of the community.  

Outcome
Utilising a paid media spend of £1250 per month, we were able to attract significant numbers of new members, with the membership fees coming in around double that of the existing average.
