When Studio Manifest first approached us, the firm had a great reputation among its peers but was struggling with its online presence and engaging the audiences that might use its services. It had an existing website that needed revamping to cut a clearer message to potential customers and a method to measure its impact accurately.

Strategy
We worked with the team to sharpen Studio Manifest’s messaging so that it clearly represents why clients should choose its business. This was paired with a cheerful, modern and easy-to-navigate website showcasing the firm’s impressive projects.  An integrated marketing approach – including organic SEO, Google Local Business optimisation and Google Ads – was used to reach new audiences.

Outcome
Prior to works, the firm reported receiving close to 100% of new business leads through the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) referrals. The company now receives a flow of direct new business leads, while those referred through RIBA are of a higher quality.
