Creating print magazines to tell the story of a beautiful hospitality concept, distributed across local areas to drive footfall
● Created two print magazines 'Explore' and 'Winter Edit' from concept through to execution and print.
● Managed distributor to target key local areas near to the space.
● Used as a takeaway in the shops and restaurants to drive brand loyalty.
● A large physical venue with lots of spaces and stories, print was the perfect medium to bring the building to life.
● All features were sourced from the chefs, concepts, brands and mixologists within the building, with the stories told in an evocative, magazine journalism style.
Pantechnicon’s stores are highly curated spaces filled with exclusive fashion, design and craftsmanship from the Nordics & Japan, but it can be hard to express this to customers: that’s why we created the Winter Edit.

A premium Christmas gift guide, we handled the conception, design, content, words and print. 8000 copies were distributed across West London in order to drive footfall and awareness for the building’s two concept stores, as well as highlighting the brand’s hospitality offerings. To make the most of the content, the guide was also presented digitally through the website and newsletter, linking the audience directly to Pantechnicon’s online store. The distribution led to a direct uptick in sales.
